The App collects certain personal and health-related information to provide personalized AI coaching, tailor your fitness experience, track your progress, and enable social features like connecting with friends and sharing progress.We are committed to protecting your privacy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.## Information We CollectWe collect information you provide directly and some automatically through your use of the App. All app-specific user data is stored and processed within the Base44 platform infrastructure, where Base44 acts as our data processor under our agreement and their Data Processing Addendum (DPA).### Information You Provide

- Profile and Fitness Information: Age, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, activity level, dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Health and Medical Information: Any medical conditions, injuries, medications, allergies, or other health details you choose to share for safe, personalized coaching.
- Progress and Activity Data: Workout logs, exercise history, measurements, photos (if uploaded for progress tracking), notes, and AI-generated insights.
- Social Features: Friend connections (usernames/emails), shared progress updates, comments, or messages between connected users.
- Support Communications: Information you send when contacting [email protected].### Automatically Collected Information
- Device and usage data (e.g., device type, OS version, IP address, app version, crash logs) collected via Base44's platform for functionality, security, and improvement.
- Analytics and performance data to understand app usage patterns (aggregated where possible).We do not collect precise geolocation unless you explicitly enable it for features like outdoor workout tracking, and only with your consent.## How We Use Your InformationWe use your information solely to provide, improve, and personalize the Yes Coach experience:- Create and manage your account.
- Deliver AI-powered coaching insights, workout plans, nutrition suggestions, and progress analysis tailored to your profile and health data.
- Track and display your fitness journey.
- Enable social features: connect with friends, share progress, view friends' updates (only what you choose to share).
- Communicate with you about your account, updates, or support.
- Ensure app security, prevent fraud, and debug issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.We do not use your data for unrelated marketing, advertising to third parties, or sell your data.## Sharing of InformationYour data is not shared with third parties outside the Base44 ecosystem, except in limited cases:- Within Base44 Ecosystem: Base44 acts as our data processor and may access data as necessary to provide hosting, storage, AI capabilities, support, and security (per their DPA at https://base44.com/dpa). They do not use your data for their own independent purposes beyond service provision.
- Service Providers: Limited to Base44's approved sub-processors (listed in their DPA Exhibit C) who assist with infrastructure, AI processing, etc., bound by strict confidentiality and security requirements.
- Friends/Social Sharing: Information you explicitly choose to share (e.g., progress updates) is visible to your connected friends within the App.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety (e.g., imminent harm), we may disclose information.
- Business Transfers: In the event of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer with appropriate protections.We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or for cross-context behavioral advertising.## Data Storage & Security- All user data is stored on Base44's secure servers (not locally on your device for core profile/fitness data).
- Base44 implements industry-standard security: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, regular security updates, logging, and measures detailed in their DPA Exhibit B.
- We apply additional app-level security rules (e.g., visibility controls on records) to protect your data.
- Health and medical information is treated as sensitive; access is strictly limited to provide your coaching experience.No system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.## International Data TransfersBase44 may transfer data internationally (including outside the US, EEA, UK, etc.) using mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved safeguards, as described in their DPA.## Data RetentionWe retain your data as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, backup, or dispute purposes.
